Recognising opportunity.Supporting development.
We do not look at a project in isolation. What matters is the relationship between its business model, people, capital and execution.
Process
How a collaboration comes about.
- First step
Understand
We examine the starting point, business model and objectives. Opportunities and open questions become visible from the outset.
- Second step
Connect
We bring the relevant perspectives together: businesses, investors, project partners and specialist expertise.
- Third step
Develop
We discuss possible contributions, responsibilities and next steps. Each relationship is built on a clear, individual agreement.
Discretion
Confidential information stays confidential. We exchange documents through our secure client portal.
Entrepreneurial
We think like entrepreneurs: long-term, pragmatic and focused on what truly carries a project.
Personal
You have dedicated contacts who know your project and get back to you personally.

Your project at a glance
The key points for a structured first conversation.
A concise project profile helps put an undertaking into context. It does not need to be long. A clear starting point, specific objectives and visible open questions matter more.
Describe the starting point
Explain your undertaking in a few sentences. For a company, outline its activities and development stage; for a project, include its intended use, location and current phase.
Make the objective specific
What should the next step enable? Clarify whether you are considering development, an acquisition, an equity investment, collaboration or relevant introductions.
Identify the participants
Which people and organisations are already involved? Explain who makes decisions and who provides specialist support. Share only information you are authorised to disclose.
Put the requirement in context
Outline the contribution you would like from a partner. For capital requirements, distinguish between the total requirement and the next specific step. Label assumptions clearly.
Be open about questions
Not every question needs an answer yet. A transparent account of uncertainties and missing documentation is more useful than an apparently complete presentation.
Checklist
- Short description of the undertaking
- Location, sector and project stage
- Contact person and participants
- Objectives and intended collaboration
- Available documents and open questions
Preparing a property project
Summarise location, use and project stage clearly.
Preparing a property project
Summarise location, use and project stage clearly.
A property project brings different perspectives together. A structured summary makes an initial discussion easier without replacing professional due diligence.
Property and location
Describe the land or building, its location and current use. Separate documented facts from preliminary estimates.
Ownership and documents
Explain your relationship to the property and which documents are available. Do not share personal or confidential information through an open contact form.
Use and planning stage
Explain the intended use and the stage of planning. Identify the checks still required without assuming their outcome.
Collaboration and next steps
Clarify whether you are seeking a buyer, equity partner, development partner or investor. A clear next step is more useful than a general financing objective.

Structuring a sponsorship brief
Make objectives, contributions and expectations clear to partners.
Structuring a sponsorship brief
Make objectives, contributions and expectations clear to partners.
A sponsorship enquiry should do more than ask for support. It should explain the project, its intended audience and the potential shape of collaboration.
Project and audience
Describe the undertaking and the people it aims to reach. Label audience estimates and use only substantiated historic figures.
Both parties’ objectives
What does the project aim to achieve, and what could a sponsor gain? Avoid broad promises about impact.
Contributions and rights
Outline possible contributions: visibility, content, events or joint communication. Existing commitments and required approvals should be clear.
Timing and coordination
State the timeframe and next discussion points. A clearly identified responsible person makes the exchange easier.
