Visiting the website

The server may process technical access data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser information. This data is used for operation and security. Fonts, images and films are served from our own server. The website uses no tracking and no advertising cookies.

Cookies and local storage

We store only technically necessary information in your browser: your choice in the consent dialogue (local storage) and a note that the welcome screen has already been shown (session storage). This information is not transmitted to us. You can change your choice at any time via «Cookie settings» in the footer.

Google Maps

The interactive map is loaded only if you consent to «External media» or select «Show Google Maps». A connection to Google is then established; in particular, your IP address and technical information may be transmitted. Processing outside Switzerland is possible. The «Get directions» button opens Google Maps in a new window.

Contact form

When you send an enquiry, we process the contact and project details you provide in order to handle your request. The enquiry is stored in our internal portal and may also be forwarded to us by email. To prevent misuse, the number of enquiries per hour is limited using an anonymised value derived from your IP address.

Client portal

We operate a password-protected portal for clients and project partners. There we process name, company, email address, exchanged documents and messages as well as security logs. Passwords are stored exclusively as cryptographic hashes. A technically necessary session cookie is used for sign-in.

Your rights

You may request information about your personal data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

In case of doubt, the German version of this privacy policy prevails.
